Everyone is unique. You come with different medical conditions, physical limitations, allergies and specific likes and dislikes. When you decide to make a lifestyle change it takes knowledge, dedication, hard work and support. My approach is compassionate, realistic, and honest.

What you can expect from your time with me is that you will be treated as an individual. My mission is to empower people to make the behavioral changes needed to maintain a healthy lifestyle by bringing my 12 years of experience to each person.
